I have a Ride Along Care policy and need to make a claim, what should I do?

We've recently changed the name of our Ride Along Care cover to Replacement Care. But not to worry, if you already have a bike, trike or scooter, strollers, car seats, ride-on battery powered vehicles covered by Ride Along Care, your policy is still completely valid.

To make a claim, go to any Argos store with the items below:

  • The broken/ damaged item - you'll need to hand this back in store
  • The item receipt\r Your Argos Ride Along Care receipt (it might be the same receipt if you bought it at the same time as the item that's covered)

Don't forget, if your item is replaced with a brand-new one, your Argos Care policy will no longer be valid. You'll need to purchase another policy to cover your new item.
