If I order an item for delivery when will my first payment be taken?
Your first payment is taken 1 month from when your agreement starts, which is the date your order is confirmed.
Exceptions to this are when this falls on a weekend or bank holiday when we'll take your first payment on the next working day; or if your agreement starts on 29th, 30th or 31st of the month, when your first payment will be taken on the 1st of the following month.
If you choose our Home Delivery option, it is possible your first payment is taken before you've received your items.
