How do I return something that was partly or fully paid for using my Nectar points?
Return your item as you would normally.
If you purchased the item in store we'll refund the Nectar portion of your payment as an Argos Gift Card (as we're not able to refund your Nectar points).
If you purchased your item online we'll refund your Nectar Points. However, if you return the item in store we'll refund the Nectar portion of your payment as an Argos Gift Card (as we're not able to refund your Nectar points in store).
The remainder, where applicable, will be refunded via the original payment method, such as cash or payment card. When returning an item to store you can complete the refund process at the til.
