An error message appeared when I placed my order

If you received an error message at the point of payment and you haven't received an email confirmation within two hours, then we're sorry but the order has not successfully gone through.

If this happens you will need to place the order again. If this has happened, you may notice the payment is 'pending' in your bank account. This is a pre-authorisation and will automatically be cancelled within 24 hours. You will see the funds released into your bank within five working days.
