I can't find my order number
If your item has been delivered to you, your order number will be printed on the address label. Otherwise, you will be able to find your order number in one of these places:
If you ordered online
Check your confirmation email for your order number. We will have texted this as well if we have your mobile number.
If you ordered in-store
You'll find your order number printed on your receipt.
If you ordered over the phone
You can find your order number on your delivery note.
