I've lost my receipt. Can you send me another one?

Don't worry, if you've lost your receipt you can use one of the following:

  • confirmation email
  • bank statement
  • Argos card statement
  • your order number if you have it handy

We also offer e-receipts which are sent to your e-mail too, so next time you buy something in-store, just ask for one and you'll never lose your receipt again.

If you need a VAT receipt, and you placed your order online, you'll find a link to download a VAT receipt in Your Account. If you paid in-store, or you're unable to locate your VAT receipt on Your Account, contact our helpful Customer Services team who'll be happy to help.
