Why can’t I see my order in the my Orders section?

Some orders can't be displayed in Your Account at the moment.

If you've used guest checkout, you won't be able to see the order in your Orders section. You'll still receive communications about this order via the contact details you submitted with the order.

Have you received an email confirmation? If you haven't, it's possible that your order payment is pending. It can take up to 24 hours for your payment to go through properly.

Sometimes the payment may not be successful. In those situations, the order will be cancelled back and you will not be charged for the order.

If the order is older than 6 months, it may be showing differently online. Don't worry, we still have record of it! Just click below to Contact Us and we will help you with your order.
