I posted my item for a refund/ replacement within 30 days. What happens now?
As soon as we receive your item back, we'll arrange for your refund or replacement.
- For replacements, please allow up to 2 weeks for postage time.
- For a refund, depending on how you've paid, it can take 5 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
- Just so you know, PayPal refunds can take up to 30 days.
