How do I make an Argos Care claim?

Monthly Care, Electrical Product Care and Monthly Mobile

The true test of any insurance is when you need to make a claim. With the above Argos Care products, it couldn't be simpler.
Making a claim is quick and easy on www.argosproductcare.co.uk/repairs or you can call us on 0800 497 0655 and have your policy number and postcode handy.

In the unfortunate event that your mobile phone has been stolen, please report the incident to the police immediately and request a crime reference number. Then you just need to call us on 0800 497 0655 to make a claim.

For mobile phones £100 and over, there will be an excess of between £10 to £100 depending on the purchase price.

With selected products, you'll pay an excess if your new item is over £149.99, but the cost of the excess varies depending on the purchase price. See the full list of categories and excess tables below for details:

Replacement Care

The true test of any insurance is when you need to make a claim. With Argos Replacement Care, it couldn't be simpler…

If your item is accidentally damaged or broken:

  • Simply take it into your local Argos store, with the receipt for the item and the Replacement Care, and you'll get a replacement.
  • Don't worry, if we can't swap it for a new one, we'll give you vouchers for the original purchase price of the item.
  • Once you've received a replacement, that's it, your policy has now ended.

If your item has been stolen (jewellery and watches only):

  • If your item has been stolen, report the incident to the police immediately and request a crime reference number. Then you just need to call us on 0800 561 4488 to make a claim.
  • Please don't go in-store as our colleagues can only refer you to the number above.

Remember, once you've received your replacement or voucher, your policy will end.

Furniture Care (Purchased on or after 28th January 2023).

The true test of any insurance is when you need to make a claim. With Argos Furniture Care, it couldn't be simpler. You've got two options.

  • Visit the claims website (you'll be able to track your repair here too)
  • Or call 0333 000 4915

Calls cost the basic rate per minute plus your phone company's access charge, except calls to 0800 numbers which are free. Lines are open from 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week.

Furniture Care (purchased on or before 27th January 2023): please contact Castelan Limited, who previously provided Argos Furniture Care, by filling in the Castelan online claims form or calling 0370 320 0332.
