Your delivery date and timeslot will be either on your order comfirmation email or your receipt.
If you haven't arranged the delivery of your order you can arrange your delivery through our live chat service. We can also provide updates on your order if you no longer have your receipt or email.
You can extend your online collection window in the Recent Orders section of Your Account.
Unfortunately, you can't extend your Click & Collect window on Tu Clothing orders or if you ordered your item to a Sainsbury's collection point.

If you return your item(s) back to an Argos store, we can trigger a refund immediately. It may take up to 5 working days for your bank to process it into your account. If you paid by cash or gift card you'll be refunded in store using the original payment method. PayPal refunds can take up to 30 days.
If you return your item(s) by home collection or post, please allow up to two weeks for postage time - as soon as we have it we'll start the refund.
It may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account (depending on your bank). We're not able to track progress of the refund once it's been put through, but don't worry, you'll receive confirmation when it's processed.
Don't forget, all returned items must be in line with our returns policy, these products will need to be unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
