How does Click & Collect work?

• When you select the products that you would like to purchase, you will be shown what stores have them in stock and available for collection.
• At the checkout, you will purchase your products before heading out to store.
• You'll then receive a text or email with your collection reference, which you'll need to have when you collect your order.
• We'll hold your item for 7 days and you can extend this for another 7 days on you 'My Account'.
• If you have ordered Tu clothing we'll hold your item(s) for 7 days from the date you placed the order

If you paid using your Argos Card, you'll need to bring this card with you when you collect your order. This is so we can verify your identity and protect your account.
