If you change your mind and want an alternative product to the one you've purchased, you can return it within the terms and conditions of our 30 day money back guarantee and buy something else. The refund amount will be credited to your Argos Monthly Payment Plan account. We will amend or cancel your Direct Debit when processing your refund. You will receive confirmation of the new Direct Debit amount / cancellation in the post within 10 working days.
Please don't cancel your Direct Debit. You need to keep making payments until your refund is actioned or you may miss a payment and incur late payment charges or fees. This could also impact your credit rating meaning you could find it harder to get credit in the future. Check your credit agreement for more details on this.
If you purchased a mattress which is covered by our 100 night comfort promise, we can only exchange it for another mattress with the same catalogue number. If you wish to exchange it for a different mattress, you will need to return it for a refund and purchase the alternative mattress as a new transaction.
If you purchased an armchair or sofa which is covered by our 10 year frame guarantee, we will aim to repair any faulty product but if we are unable to, we will offer you a replacement product of the same catalogue number, subject to stock availability or if this is not possible, we will offer you a refund.
