I want to cancel my Argos Monthly Payment Plan and pay for my item using an alternative payment

You have the right to withdraw from your Argos Monthly Payment Plan within 14 days from the day after the day we enter into this agreement with you.

You do not need to give us any reason. To use your right to withdraw, you must notify us in one of the ways set out in your credit agreement.

When you tell us you want to withdraw, we'll tell you the amount you need to pay. When you've told us you want to withdraw, you cannot change your mind. You'll need to repay the balance to us without delay and no later than 30 days after you tell us you want to withdraw. If you repay within this time period no interest will be charged.
