My Argos card isn’t swiping, what should I do?
What should I do if my Argos Card is no longer swiping properly? If the swipe strip on your card is playing up, it'll take a bit longer to process every time you use it. Why not save yourself time in the long run and call us on 03456 400 700 to order a new card. Just to note though, from 27th March 2026, we'll no longer be issuing replacement Argos Cards, as your new card won't reach you before your Argos Card account updates to Argos Pay. From Monday 13th April, you won't need a physical card to shop with Argos Pay. Don't worry, we'll be in touch with plenty of notice to tell you more.
