What if I've been told my account is in persistent debt?

If you are already making higher payments to clear your persistent debt balance just keep making your payments as agreed and any additional payments, if you can. When your account updates to Argos Pay, you'll manage everything through the new Argos Pay app or Online Account Manager instead of the My Argos Card App.

If you are not making higher payments, don't worry - you can contact us anytime to set up a repayment plan making fixed payments in addition to your regular monthly payments and this plan it will carry over when your account updates. Shortly after your account has updated to Argos Pay, NewDay (the provider of your Argos Pay account) will be in touch with you regarding repaying the balance on your account.
