What will NewDay be doing with the data?
Your account will be transferred to NewDay. NewDay will be the Controller of the Personal Data contained in the records of your account and NewDay will hold your Personal Data for all legal purposes. If you have any questions regarding your Personal Data after your account updates to Argos Pay, you can direct them to NewDay.
