Will there be any changes to my Direct Debit?

When your account updates to Argos Pay, your Direct Debit will switch automatically, so there's nothing you need to do. Your Direct Debit date won't change and the minimum, fixed or full payment will be collected, as requested. However, after the update, additional payments made four or more days before your payment due date, may reduce the Direct Debit taken for that month.

For a couple of weeks, you might see two Direct Debits set up in your bank account - one for 'Home Retail Group Card Services' (this is the one for Argos Card) and one for 'NewDay Ltd' (this is the one for Argos Pay). Don't worry - your payment won't be taken twice. Please don't cancel either of the Direct Debits as you could miss a payment; the one for 'Home Retail Group Card Services' will disappear after a while.
