If your item isn't working as it should, start by checking our product support site, which is full of useful information, and our aftersales helpline.
We may be able to solve your issue, have your item repaired or send a spare part. Depending on the products, repairs can take place in your home, saving you the trouble of returning it.
If you've checked the Product Support Site, but do need to return an item within its warranty, you can take it to any Argos store or Argos store within a Sainsbury's supermarket, including orders which were home delivered (unless it's a large item).
