My order contains incorrect parts. What should I do?

We're sorry that parts of your order are missing or wrong. For lots of our furniture items, you can order spare parts directly through out product support site here.

Just search using the product name or catalogue number, and if it's a product that's available you'll see a 'request spare parts' button to click in the top right hand corner of the page.
