Argos Card Credit Plans

^This prize draw (the "Promotion") is open only to UK residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of employees of the Promoter (defined below) or anyone else associated with the administration of this Promotion and those residing in Northern Ireland.

1. To enter into the Promotion, apply for the Argos Card and be accepted during the promotional period between 05/02/2025 and 11.59pm 11/03/2025 and make one purchase using the Argos Card by 11.59pm 14/04/2025. You will automatically be entered into the prize draw to have a chance to win a £500 Argos e-Gift card. Entries are restricted to one per person for the duration of the Promotion. No entries from agents, third parties or organised groups will be accepted. No bulk entries. No fraud transactions. New customers only.
2. The Promotion opens between 05/02/2025 and 11.59pm 11/03/2025 for receipt of all entries.
3. There are one hundred and fifty £500 Argos e-Gift cards (the "Prize") to win. Please note that the Prize will be subject to the terms of use found at https://www.argosgiftcard.co.uk/Argos/ByPost/Argos/TermsAndConditions
4. All new customers who have applied for an Argos Card and been accepted during the promotional period and made a purchase using their Argos Card by 14/04/2025 will be included in the prize draw. One hundred and fifty winners will be drawn at random by the digital generator on 21/04/2025. The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. The winners will be notified via phone and therefore entrants will need to have supplied a valid phone number when applying for an Argos Card. The winners will be contacted by 28/04/2025. If a winner does not respond when contacted on two separate occasions, the Prize will be forfeited, and a back-up winner will be chosen and notified by phone. The E-Gift Card will be emailed to the winners therefore entrants will need to provide a valid email address.
6. The Prize is non-transferable and no cash or alternatives will be offered. If you do not wish to accept the prize, you may refuse it when it is offered to you, and a back-up winner will then be notified.Entry into the Promotion constitutes each entrant's acceptance of these terms and conditions and gives the Promoter permission to contact you if you're a winner. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude customers from entry into the draw who are (need list of customers we'd exclude). refuse entry or refuse to award the Prize, to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for one of greater or equal value.
7. The Prize will be delivered to the winners within 28 days of Prize acceptance.
8. Proof of identity may be asked for before the Prize is awarded. The E-Gift Card will be emailed to the winners, therefore entrants will need to provide a valid email address.
9. Personal data relating to entrants will be used solely:
   a) for the purposes of this Promotion; and/or
   b) by any agent appointed to assist with running the Promotion on behalf of the Promoter, and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose. 10. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
    a) any entries that are lost or delayed due to faulty or failed electronic data transmissions;
    b) communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this Promotion causing delays or disruption; or
    c) Prize claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of email will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
11. Winners may be requested to participate in any reasonable publicity when asked by the Promoter and shall not receive payment for such publicity. You may opt-out of publicity.
12. By entering this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions governing this Promotion and by any other requirements set out in related promotional materials.
13. The name and county of the Prize winners can be obtained by emailing financialservicesmarketing@sainsburys.co.uk and quoting the code: AFS: AC500 within 3 months of the Promotion close date. If you do not want your surname and county included on the list of winners referred to above, you must notify the Promoter within a reasonable period of time before the closing date of the Promotion.
