WE'LL REPLACE IT BEFORE YOU EVEN MISS IT

Now that you've got your new Argos or Habitat item, why not make sure it's protected with Argos Replacement Care, provided by Domestic & General?

If it gets damaged accidentally or breaks down due to a fault (after your manufacturer's guarantee has ended), our priority is to get you back up and running as soon as possible.

With Argos Replacement Care, in the event of accidental damage or breakdown (after your manufacturer's guarantee has ended, excludes jewellery), we'll give you a like-for-like, brand-new replacement right away. You won't even notice it's gone!

We're proud to say – over 99% of our customers' claims across Argos Care were accepted in 2023 (excludes Furniture Care).

With Argos Replacement Care, there's no excess to pay! Your household contents insurance policy might offer cover for accidental damage. However, you may find that an excess is payable, and a claim may affect the cost of your subsequent insurance premiums.

HOW DO I BUY ARGOS CARE?
We sell Argos Care at the same time you buy your Argos or Habitat product. When shopping online, you'll see the product insurance options when you add your item to your trolley. Alternatively, you can purchase Argos Care at your nearest store. If you've got something from Argos but are not quite sure if you want product insurance, you've got 45 days from when you bought it to add Argos Care. Just pop into store with your receipt and one of our colleagues will get it sorted for you. Your product will be covered right away. Phew that's a relief.
