What happens if my collection window expires?

You will receive notifications once your order is ready for collection. The store will hold your item/s for 7 days to give you time to collect. Once this collection window expires, your order is automatically cancelled. Your refund will be processed within 5 working days, but please note that the number of days it takes for the funds to show up in your account depends on your original mode of payment.
