I ordered an item for home delivery - can you send me a receipt?

Don't worry – you don't need a receipt to receive the home delivery.

One of the following will do instead if you're asked for proof of purchase:

  • Confirmation email
  • Bank statement
  • Order number if you have it handy

And don't forget we offer e-receipts too. So next time you buy something in-store, just ask for an e-receipt and you'll never lose your receipt again.
