What happens if I've ordered more than one item?

We have a range of different locations where we hold stock of all our items, including Tu clothing.

Depending on what you've ordered, we may split your order into several 'mini orders' for ease and speed and they may be sent out at different times.

If we do divide you order into 'mini orders', you'll also be sent separate emails for each one.

If you've chosen home delivery: Your items may arrive via more than one delivery - but don't worry, you'll receive delivery updates via email.
And if you're collecting from store: You can still collect all your items in one go if you prefer - just wait till you've received 'ready to collect' emails for all your items first.

The best thing to do is… check our Order Tracker or your confirmation email.
