I've just received my Klarna order and there's something wrong it. Do I still need to pay?
You do not need to pay for goods that are received damage, broken or faulty. Please contact Argos within 30 days of receiving the item and follow the dispute instructions. Make sure to also select "Report a problem" in your Klarna account to pause your statement until you've resolved the dispute. If you register a cancellation or return with Argos, the refund will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation, return or collection date.
