If you have any questions, you can contact the Argos Pay team customer service team on 0333 240 8002. Opening times are 9am - 7pm Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm Saturday, closed Sunday.

What should I do if I'm unhappy with my Argos Pay account?

If you're unhappy with how we've dealt with you Argos Pay account or Application, and you wish to make a complaint, please contact us and we'll do our best to put things right.

If we have not been to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, once we've given you our final decision, you may be able to refer your complaint to the financial ombudsman. You can contact them in the following ways.
