Can I return an unwanted Christmas gift?
Of course! Items purchased from Friday 27th September 2024 to Wednesday 25th December 2024 can be returned right up to Friday 31st January 2025.

How do I check if an item is in stock?
It's super simple to check if an item is in stock.
Simply click on the item you want and pop your postcode in the box on the right-hand side. We can then let you know if the product is in stock, and available for home delivery or collection from your nearest store.

How will I know when my order is ready to collect?
When your order's ready to collect in store, you'll receive a text or email to let you know.
Simply pop into your chosen store and head to the dedicated collections counter with your reservation number and collection code.
Just so you know, if you paid using your Argos Card, you'll need to bring this card with you when you collect your order.
What if I have an issue with my item?
