Gift card expiry dates

All Gift Cards or eGift Cards hold an expiry date, which you can find on the back of your physical card or detailed on your eGift Card. If you're unable to find this, you can also check your gift cards on your online account, using the online balance and expiry date checker in the My Account section.

If you don't use the value of the card within the valid time frame given, any remaining balance will be cancelled and we aren't able to extend or re-activate cards beyond the advertised date.
