If you're returning a DVD, music or software product, it must be unused and in its original sealed packaging.

If we are collecting your item, it will be inspected prior to being refunded. Please note that if the item has been inspected and is not returned as described we reserve the right to reject the refund or offer a partial refund depending on the condition of the item returned.
You can return your item to the same Sainsbury's collection point, an Argos store within a Sainsbury's supermarket or an Argos store.
As soon as we receive your item back, we'll sort out your refund or replacement - and that's a promise. For replacements, please allow up to 2 weeks for postage time. For a refund, depending on how you've paid, can take between 5 and 7 days to appear in your account (depending on your bank). Just so you know, PayPal refunds can take up to 30 days.
Yes, if you return your item/s and receive a refund, you won't receive the Nectar points for that order.
