Can I get discount to keep a damaged item?

If your item was damaged when you received it and you want to keep it, then get in touch within 30 days of receiving your item, to discuss a discount to keep it. This is usually suitable for customers where any damage is minor, such as cosmetic damage only.

If a discount to keep the item isn't suitable for you, we will arrange an exchange, a replacement, or a refund.
