How did you receive your items?

How do I return a home delivered item, or product I collected in store?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery or collection to return your item.

I collected from an Argos store >>>>>

You can return your item(s) to any Argos store. Start your return online to save time when you visit.

Please note, we can't come and get items that you collected from a store, but you can return them to any Argos store you want.

I collected from a Sainsbury's collection store >>>>>

Your item(s) must be returned to that same collection point.

Alternatively, you can return your item to any Argos store. Start your return online to save time when you visit.

I had a small item delivered to my home >>>>>

Small items can be returned to any Argos store. Start your return online to save time when you visit.

Or, use live chat to arrange an exchange or collection (available 7am–10pm daily).

Please note, delivery fees will only be refunded if you've returned your entire order.

I had a large item delivered to my home >>>>>

Large items cannot be returned to a store.

If we delivered your large item, we'll need to collect it. Please arrange via live chat (available 7am–10pm daily).

A £30 collection charge applies for large items, unless the item is faulty.

I had Made to Order furniture delivered to my home >>>>>

Just like large items, Made to Order (MTO) furniture cannot be returned to a store.

We'll need to come and collect and that'll cost £30. Please use live chat to arrange.
I got Tu clothing (either delivered or I collected it) >>>>>

Return items free of charge to any Argos store or Sainsbury's collection point.

Or you can post them back for £3.50, which will be deducted from your refund (unless faulty). You'll need to complete a returns label and clearly mark the reason for return.
