How long will my refund take?

  • If you cancel your order or return your item(s) back to an Argos store, we can trigger a refund immediately. It may take up to 5 working days for your bank to process it into your account. If you paid by cash or gift card, you'll be refunded in store using the original payment method.
  • For all refunds, it can take up to five working days for your bank to process it into your account. PayPal refunds can take up to 30 days, while Klarna refunds can take up to 14 days.
  • If the item was returned via home collection, we'll arrange the refund as soon as the item is collected.
  • If you returned the item by post, please allow up to two weeks for the item to get back to us for processing. As soon as we have it, we'll initiate the refund.
  • We're not able to track progress of the refund once it's been put through, but don't worry, you'll receive confirmation when it's processed.
  • Don't forget, all returned items must be in line with our returns policy, these products will need to be unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
