How long will my refund take?
If you return your item(s) back to an Argos store, we can trigger a refund immediately. It may take up to 5 working days for your bank to process it into your account.
If you paid by cash or gift card you'll be refunded in store using the original payment method.
PayPal refunds can take up to 30 days. Klarna refunds can take up to 14 days.
If you return your item(s) by home collection or post, please allow up to two weeks for postage time - as soon as we have it we'll start the refund. It may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account (depending on your bank).
We're not able to track progress of the refund once it's been put through, but don't worry, you'll receive confirmation when it's processed.
Don't forget, all returned items must be in line with our returns policy, these products will need to be unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

If you don't collect your item within 7 days, your order will be cancelled, and you'll be refunded via your original payment method(s).
So, your points will be refunded back to your Nectar card, and if you part-paid, any balance will be refunded to your payment card.
