How will I get a refund if I pay online using Nectar points and don’t pick up my order?

If you don't collect your item within 7 days, your order will be cancelled, and you'll be refunded via your original payment method(s).

So, your points will be refunded back to your Nectar card, and if you part-paid, any balance will be refunded to your payment card.
