Can you send me another VAT receipt?

If you ordered online and paid by Credit Card, Debit Card or American Express, you'll find a link to download a VAT receipt in Your Account. Simply log in, go to 'Orders' and select 'View Order Details' for the item you want the VAT receipt for.

If you ordered in store and gave an email address, you'll have been emailed a receipt that will have a quick link button to download your VAT receipt, as many times as you need.

If you're unable to get a VAT with the above options, contact our customer service team with your order number and they'll be happy to help.
