When your product is ready to collect in store, you will receive a text or email to let you know. This will contain your order number and collection code which you'll need to have when you collect your order.
You can then simply pop into your chosen store, and head to the dedicated collections counter. If you're sending somebody else to collect on your behalf, be sure to provide them with the order number and the collection code for verification.
Please note that if you paid using your Argos Card, we will not be able to release your order to anyone else. You will need to be the one to collect your order, and you will also have to present your physical Argos card upon collection.
ID is also required for collection of age-restricted items.
Free delivery is available on small items (such as kettles, toasters, games) when you spend £100 or more, after the delivery charge is applied. With free delivery, you can choose any date from the day after tomorrow, and the option will show if applicable at the checkout.

Argos Plus is a delivery service available for eligible transactions made online at Argos.co.uk, Habitat.co.uk or via the Argos app. For £40, Argos Plus gives you access to same day, next day and standard delivery services at no additional cost for 12 months, as long as your items are eligible for Argos Plus and each order totals £20 or more.
You'll need an Argos.co.uk account to join and orders must be placed online or through the Argos app. Argos Plus cannot be used for instore orders.
Tip: Make sure you're logged in whenever you shop so you can see which items qualify and how close you are to the £20 minimum spend threshold.
How do I use Argos Plus?
a. Shop for eligible products online or via the Argos app (note that these may be badged with the "Argos Plus" logo).
b. Add eligible products to your trolley.
c. Make sure your order value is £20 or more to use your Argos Plus.
d. At checkout, choose any available delivery slot from morning to evening at no additional cost.

Our next-day service is available across most of the UK mainland. Unfortunately, though, we aren't able to offer this service in Northern Ireland. Just enter your postcode on the page of your chosen product to find out if it qualifies.
We can only deliver items to a room of your choice providing our drivers feel there are no health and safety issues, like a staircase that's too narrow or a danger of damage to your property.

The collection time in your confirmation email is subject to store opening hours. If you've paid online and don't collect your order from our store within 7 days, we'll give you a full refund.

You can enjoy home delivery from £3.95. Order by 6pm (Monday-Friday) to get your items next day to most UK postcodes.
Delivery to Northern Ireland usually takes 2 days and deliveries to Highlands and Islands will take 2-5 days.
If you order after 2pm Friday and before 2pm Sunday, your items will be delivered or ready to collect Monday. Excludes bank holidays.
You can add delivery instructions for your order during check out. After selecting your preferred delivery schedule, click the tick box for Add delivery instructions. A field will come up where you can put in your instructions. You should be able to find this right before going to payment confirmation.

How many fabric samples can I order?
You can order up to 5 fabric samples for our Made to order products.
After ordering, when will my item be delivered?
We'll contact you to arrange your delivery. Your item will usually be delivered within 8-9 weeks, depending on your postcode.
What happens on the day of delivery?
Our delivery crew will contact you 1 hour before delivery to check that you're still available. If for any reason you're not available, we'll rebook a delivery for a later date.
What happens if I have parking or road restrictions on my road?
We'll deliver your orders using a large van. If you feel that there might be any issues that will restrict our access, please tell our Customer Services team when they contact you about booking a delivery slot. On the day of delivery, our crew will also contact you 1 hour before delivery to assess any issues. Usually, our crew is able to navigate many road issues, but we might need to rebook the delivery on a smaller vehicle in some situations.
Will you take my old furniture away?
Our delivery crew are not able to take away your old furniture. You'll be able to book a furniture removal service at a competitive price, through a third-party company called Clearabee. Clearabee help you dispose of unwanted furniture responsibly.
Will you take my packaging away?
Our delivery service includes unpacking your new items, assembling them where needed and then removing any excess packaging at no extra cost. We do this for large items or orders with multiple pieces. If for any reason you'd like to return your item, you can choose to keep the packaging.
Will my furniture arrive flat packed?
No, your item will arrive assembled and packaged, without the legs attached. It might arrive in multiple packages depending on its size and composition. We'll attach the legs if your item needs them.
Returns
If you'd like to return your Made to order item once it's been successfully delivered, a non-refundable charge of £30 will be applied, unless the product is faulty.
