If your item is faulty or damaged, it can often be easily repaired, or you might just need some advice to get it working again. You can get all the help you need by visiting our Support Site
Simply click on the item you want and pop your postcode in the box on the right-hand side. We can then let you know if the product is in stock, and available for home delivery or collection from your nearest store.
If the product you want isn't available at your chosen store but we have stock available to move, we'll let you know when we could get it there for you. We'll also show you the closest stores, whether they have your item in stock or how quickly we can get it there.
Some items are available for delivery only and you'll be advised of this when you add an item to your trolley.
An Argos Card allows you to spread the cost of the things you want with a range of credit plans (Representative 34.9% APR variable).
You can use any type of Argos Gift Card online, as well as in-store. So that includes eGift Cards or physical Gift Cards (the plastic or cardboard type).
You just need to make sure the card number starts with 10000 and you've got a 4-digit security PIN. If your card doesn't have a 4-digit PIN, you can't use it online but you can still use it in-store.
You can cancel most orders in the Recent Orders section of Your Account.
If you've changed your mind about a Tu Clothing in-store collection, don't worry, just allow the order to expire (i.e. don't collect the parcel) and we'll process your refund after the collection window has lapsed. Alternatively, when the order arrives just tell the courier you're declining the parcel - they'll take it back and we'll process your refund.
It's currently not possible to cancel orders being collected from a collection point in Sainsbury's. You can either collect your order from Sainsbury's and return it to that collection point, or, allow your order to expire (i.e. don't collect it) and we'll process your refund after the collection window has lapsed.
Your delivery date and timeslot will be either on your order comfirmation email or your receipt.
If you haven't arranged the delivery of your order you can arrange your delivery through our live chat service. We can also provide updates on your order if you no longer have your receipt or email.
Double check the following things:
See the Ts & Cs to check your code is valid for your purchase. Some codes are only redeemable: a) on certain products or ranges b) when you spend over a certain amount
Check the code is still in-date. Just look at our active codes – these are all the ones that are still valid.
Are you trying to use a gift voucher code in the promotional code field?
Try entering your code one more time, checking the spelling and capital letters.
You can extend your online collection window in the Recent Orders section of Your Account.
Unfortunately, you can't extend your Click & Collect window on Tu Clothing orders or if you ordered your item to a Sainsbury's collection point.

If you return your item(s) back to an Argos store, we can trigger a refund immediately. It may take up to 5 working days for your bank to process it into your account. If you paid by cash or gift card you'll be refunded in store using the original payment method. PayPal refunds can take up to 30 days.
If you return your item(s) by home collection or post, please allow up to two weeks for postage time - as soon as we have it we'll start the refund.
It may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account (depending on your bank). We're not able to track progress of the refund once it's been put through, but don't worry, you'll receive confirmation when it's processed.
Don't forget, all returned items must be in line with our returns policy, these products will need to be unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
